Guidance Medical Transportation (GMT) provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services to individuals seeking transportation to and from non-emergency medical appointments and pharmacy needs. GMT understands the challenges of getting to and from appointments and is committed to providing safe, punctual, comfortable and hassle-free rides. 

We strive to make mobility no longer a problem and deliver services to all ambulatory individuals requiring NEMT that are actively registered Medicaid recipients. Individuals seeking NEMT services must directly call the 1-800 number listed on the back of their insurance provider card 48 hours prior to their scheduled medical appointment to arrange the appropriate arrival time.
